Who We Are
Mainstay Construction Solutions was founded by two construction and roofing contractors, Paul Maharry and Jake Carlan, who have worked on both sides of the property insurance spectrum, and who have been best friends since high school.
Paul and Jake started as property adjusters for a large insurance company but decided to pivot into the world of contracting to help property owners with their knowledge and expertise they have gained through the years. Paul and Jake ultimately decided to start Mainstay Construction Solutions to do roofing the right way – with responsive service, fast turnaround times, and honesty and integrity.
Our mission is to provide the highest possible degree of quality and service to our customer, all while maintaining integrity, honesty and workmanship. Jake is one of the original two founders of Mainstay Construction. After graduating from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia in 2015, Jake’s professional career took him from Insurance Adjuster with one of the nation’s largest carriers to Project Manager for one of the premier restoration general contractors in the state of Georgia. Now he is committed to using his knowledge and experience to bring the highest quality service and products to his customers. In his free time Jake enjoys golf, football, and spending time with his wonderful wife Sam.
